  • David Kwong, a celebrity master magician who worked on Now You See Me and Mission Impossible, will delight your audience with the history of puzzles before everyone rolls up their sleeves and solve a few puzzles together.

    The first jigsaw puzzle was invented around 1760 by John Spilsbury, a British engraver and cartographer, who created a map on wood, which he then sawed into pieces. Each individual country on the map was a piece of the puzzle and people went wild!

About This Event

  • Puzzle Hunt is an unforgettable team building experience designed by master illusionist and New York Times crossword constructor David Kwong.

    David has synthesized his 2 decades of magic shows, movies, and production experience into a 60min corporate team building event.

    Your team will be divided into groups, in person or in Zoom breakout rooms, in order to work together to solve 5 rounds of mind blowing yet creatively energizing puzzles while sharing lots of laughter and high fives.

    The puzzles are not too hard, not too easy, and just the right amount of challenge for the team to have an amazing time! We promise it's way better than any EscapeRoom or magic show your team has done before!

  • Virtual events: There is no kit. Everyone will show up on Zoom and bring their thinking cap. After a short presentation, each group in a breakout group will work on a shared google doc together to solve the puzzles. There is a tremendous sense of achievement and comradery when the meta puzzle is solved!

    NYC events: Puzzle Hunt is perfect for IRL events! We will divide everyone into small groups and use pen & paper and assistance of Google to solve the puzzles together.
